TPP是在APEC进程停滞后,美国试图主导制定的新一轮贸易游戏规则的新平台。当前中国面临是否选择加入谈判等现实问题,中国应有不同的准备思路。但是无论是否加入,国家利益的考量应为根本的出发点。中国要真正扭转国际贸易规则制定中的边缘化地位,只有靠不断增强自己的综合国力,靠实力去改变规则。 TPP is the new platform that the United States is trying to take the lead in formulating a new round of trading game rules after the APEC process has stalled. At present, China faces the practical problems of whether to choose to join the talks or not. China should have different preparations and ideas. However, regardless of whether or not to join it, the consideration of national interest should be the fundamental starting point.
