丙烯酰胺(CH_2=CHCONH_2)多用于地下建筑、造纸以及国防工业,其毒性作用主要是对中枢神经系统的影响。丙烯酰胺中毒病例,国外已有报导,国内尚未见到这方面的文献记载。现将我院1965年收治的二例报告如下: 病例一患者住院号559886,男性,35岁,某化工研究院工人。因四肢发麻、双手颤抖、多汗两月余,于1965年10月27日入院。患者于1965年8月开始参加丙烯酰胺生产,由于管道不严密,室内通风不良,工作三天后开始出现双手脱皮、手汗成滴、手足酸胀发麻,但无疼痛感,右手颤抖,持物不稳。继之有持续性头胀痛、头昏、嗜睡、周身极度乏力、视物模糊、眼发干、食欲不振。一周后,症状逐渐加重,在本单位职工医院就诊,诊断为末梢神经炎。同工种其他10 Acrylamide (CH_2 = CHCONH_2) is mostly used in underground construction, papermaking and defense industries.
