为探讨微波针组织间加热消融前列腺组织及其安全性,应用针状微波天线在犬前列腺和人离体前列腺组织间进行加热实验,结果测得微波针针体部温度为95~105℃,前列腺组织间温度衰退为-8.4℃/mm。实验中,犬前列腺被膜和直肠处温度无明显增高。应用微波针加热治疗后,针周围0.5~1.0cm处组织发生热凝坏死,并逐步吸收形成空腔。实验结果表明,微波针组织间加热能安全有效地消融前列腺组织,是一种治疗前列腺增生的新的手术替代疗法。
In order to investigate the thermal ablation of tissue between microwave needle and ablation of prostate tissue, acupuncture microwave antenna was used to conduct heating experiment between canine prostate and human prostate tissue. The results showed that the temperature of the microwave needle was 95 ~ 105 ℃, Tissue temperature decline of -8.4 ℃ / mm. In the experiment, there was no obvious increase in the temperature of the canine prostatic capsule and rectum. Application of microwave needle heating treatment, the needle around 0.5 ~ 1.0cm Department of tissue thermo-coagulation necrosis, and gradually absorb the formation of the cavity. The experimental results show that microwave needle tissue heating can safely and effectively ablate prostate tissue, which is a new surgical replacement therapy for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
