以从各地收集的13份黄秋葵种子为试材,采用28、37℃条件下对黄秋葵种子分别处理24、48h,研究了热激处理对黄秋葵种子萌发的影响。结果表明:在28℃条件下热激处理24h,7、28、35、37、39、40、42、46、49号种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、简易活力指数最高,且明显高于对照。7、28、35、39、42、47、48、49号种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、简易活力指数以及幼苗的下胚轴、根长和鲜质量有随处理温度和处理时间增加而降低,说明在播种前28℃热激处理24h可能有利于黄秋葵种子的萌发。
13 Okra seeds collected from different regions were used as materials to treat okra seeds at 28 and 37 ℃ for 24 and 48 hours, respectively.
