随着医疗卫生制度改革的逐步深化 ,医院内部的改革创新已越来越受到重视。作者结合所在医院的实践 ,从影响创新的因素、创新的过程和创新环节入手 ,提出了医院创新的思路和应该坚持的原则。认为 :医院创新首先应抓好科主任和中青年技术骨干队伍的建设 ,提出一个先进的经营思路和目标 ,突出科技创新 ,营造良好的创新环境。在建立有效的创新机制上 ,应坚持以人为本、紧密结合医院实际和坚持客观评价的原则。
With the gradual deepening of the reform of the health care system, reforms and innovations within the hospital have received increasing attention. Based on the practice of the hospital, the author starts with the factors that influence innovation, the process of innovation, and the innovation process, and proposes the ideas for hospital innovation and the principles that should be adhered to. It is believed that: hospital innovation should first focus on the construction of the director of the department and the technical backbone of the middle-aged and young people, put forward an advanced business idea and goals, highlight scientific and technological innovation, and create a good environment for innovation. In establishing an effective innovation mechanism, we should adhere to the principle of people-centeredness, close integration with hospital practice and adherence to objective evaluation.
