用普通钳工划线圆规划线,质量差,效率低,尤其是划不同阶台平面上的圆或弧,比较困难。如图1所示,是用废旧卡尺改制成的精密万能划线圆规。这砷划线圆规带有可换的锥形定心装置和接长的中心划针。其改制方法、结构和工作原理如下: 将废旧卡尺的固定脚锯去、锉平、钻孔,装上划针2。在尺身9左端头钻孔,并攻丝,用螺丝1紧定划线针2。将另一支活动卡脚锯去一段,钻孔,并在右侧钻孔攻丝,用螺丝12紧定中心划针13,滑框架6上有游标卡
