成都市自区划以来,由于金牛区各级党政高度重视,全区个体经济呈现出前所未有的好形势,个体工商户中的共产党员人数也日益增加,据不完全统计,个体工商户中现有共产党员近200人,占全区个体工商户总人数的1％以上。如何加强对个体户共产党员的管理和教育,充分发挥他们在发展个体经济中的骨干作用,从而体现党在发展社会主义市场经济中的政治核心领导地位?面对这一新课题,金牛区工商局党工委把增强党的凝聚力、战斗力与发展个体经济、建立社会主义市场经济体制有机结合起来,加强了全区个体工商户中党组织的思想建设和组织建设,促进了个体经济的健康发展。
