1949～2009年,我国所有制结构中公有制比重呈倒U型波动。随着所有制结构的演变,中国经济效率变动呈“微笑曲线”形状。明确公有制在所有制结构中的合理比重需要科学的实证分析。总结建国以来所有制比重的演变历程,分析同时期国民生产总值和全要素生产率的增长率,发现存在一个合理的公有制经济比重区间,在这一区间公有制经济效率最高。
From 1949 to 2009, the proportion of public ownership in China’s ownership structure was inverted U-shaped fluctuations. As the ownership structure evolves, China’s economic efficiency changes to a “smile curve” shape. Clearly, the reasonable proportion of public ownership in the ownership structure needs a scientific empirical analysis. Summarizing the evolution history of the proportion of ownership since the founding of the People’s Republic, analyzing the growth rates of GDP and total factor productivity over the same period, we found that there is a reasonable interval between the proportions of the public-owned economy, in which the public-owned economy has the highest economic efficiency.
