[目的]研究DNA依赖蛋白激酶(DNA-PKcs)在鼻咽部正常黏膜、鼻咽炎、鼻咽非典型增生及鼻咽癌中的表达,并探讨DNA-PKcs表达与鼻咽癌临床病理参数间的关系。[方法]应用免疫组化EnVision法检测10例鼻咽部正常黏膜、10例鼻咽炎、21例鼻咽非典型增生和53例鼻咽癌组织中DNA-PKcs蛋白的表达水平,并结合临床病理特征进行分析。[结果]DNAPKcs蛋白在正常鼻咽黏膜及鼻咽炎组织中呈低表达,在鼻咽非典型增生及鼻咽癌组织中呈高表达,阳性表达率分别为0、20.00%、71.42%和64.15%;其表达与鼻咽癌组织分化类型相关(P=0.023),与性别、年龄、临床分期及淋巴结转移无明显相关性(P均>0.05)。[结论 ]DNA-PKcs在鼻咽癌病变过程中可能发挥一定的作用。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of DNA-PKcs in nasopharyngeal mucosa, nasopharyngitis, nasopharyngeal dysplasia and nasopharyngeal carcinoma and to explore the relationship between DNA-PKcs expression and clinicopathological parameters of nasopharyngeal carcinoma Relationship. There was no significant correlation between the expression and the gender, age, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (all P> 0.05). [Conclusion] DNA-PKcs may play a role in the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
