21世纪是知识经济时代,即需要一大批从事科学研究、工程设计的人才,又需要一大批在生产一线从事施工等技术应用的专门人才。技校无疑担负了培养技术应用人才的重担。在培养合格的技校毕业生的过程中,优秀学生固然可喜,一些后进生却让教师更加劳神。笔者通过班主任工作的长时间摸索,发现情感教育是促进差生转化和树立良好班风的有效途径。
The 21st century is an era of knowledge-based economy, which requires a large number of personnel engaged in scientific research and engineering design. It also requires a large number of specialized personnel who are engaged in construction and other technical applications in the production line. Technical schools undoubtedly shoulder the burden of training technical personnel. In the process of training qualified technical school graduates, outstanding students are gratifying, but some postgraduates have made teachers even more tired. The author through the class teacher’s long working hours and found that emotional education is to promote poor students to change and establish a good class an effective way.
