彼得·德鲁克:团队不是简单的组织,不可能只靠友谊建立起来。为了让高级管理团队发挥功能,必须达到几个严苛的条件:A高管成员必须在各自负责的领域拥有最终决定权;B.高管成员不得在自己负责的领域以外做决策;C.团队成员之间可以不互相亲近,但绝对不能互相攻击。在会议室之外的地方不应该互相指责、批判或态度轻蔑;D高管团队不是委员会而是团队。团队需要队长,但他不是老板,而是领袖。队长这角色的分量是多变的。
