我国的政府绩效评估还处在初级阶段,存在着对政府绩效评估理论和实践研究不足,规范化程度不足,绩效指标体系权重设置不合理等等问题。为了加强和改善我国政府绩效评估,我们应该提高政府绩效评估的规范化程度,逐步建立多重政府绩效评估体制,要使用科学和合理的评估技术和方法等。
The performance evaluation of our government is still in its infancy, and there are some problems such as the insufficiency of the theoretical and practical research on government performance evaluation, the lack of standardization and the unreasonable weighting of performance indicator system. In order to strengthen and improve our government performance evaluation, we should improve the standardization of government performance evaluation, gradually establish a multiple government performance evaluation system, and use scientific and reasonable evaluation techniques and methods.
