采用电子显微镜研究了C/C和C/SiC材料与STAL 125C单晶高温合金和DZ125L定向凝固高温合金之间的界面反应。研究发现,经过1 340℃/4h的高温处理后,C/C复合材料没有与STAL 125C和DZ125L合金发生界面反应,而C/SiC复合材料与STAL 125C和DZ125L发生了界面反应,并且呈现了不同的界面反应层特征。
The interfacial reaction of C / C and C / SiC materials with STAL 125C single crystal superalloy and DZ125L directional solidification superalloy was investigated by means of electron microscopy. It was found that C / C composites did not interfacially react with STAL 125C and DZ125L alloys after 1 340 ℃ / 4h heat treatment, while C / SiC composites interfacially reacted with STAL 125C and DZ125L and presented different The interface reaction layer characteristics.
