应用水银血压计因技术与人为因素所产生的误差虽说对一般临床工作影响不大,但在临床研究或有关血压的流行病学研究上却很重要。这二种误差尤其受检查者的先入偏见与最终零点读数的主观倾向影响,为了减少及消除这些影响,曾对传统血压计作了一些改进,其中以Wright 等介绍的“随意零点血压计”(已由德国Hawksley 公司成批生产)较实用,然其读数仍带有检查者的个人倾向,而且有充气压需过高(超过血压60mmHg)以致引起病人不适的缺点。作者所设计的“随意倾斜电子血压计”则消除了这种缺点,并进一步减少了读数的主观倾向,增加了客观可靠性,经试用对照,效果良好。这种新式血压计的基本构造是,以一半导体压力传感仪及液晶显示器取代了水银柱,并由一8伏特微型信息处理机控制。显示器所显示的袖带压力能精确到2mmHg,其倾斜代替了“随意零点血压计”的倾斜压,并设计有正负倾斜,从而减少了袖气带的过度充
The application of mercury sphygmomanometer technology and human factors, although the error caused by the general clinical work has little effect, but in clinical studies or epidemiological studies on blood pressure is very important. In order to reduce and eliminate these effects, some improvements have been made to the traditional sphygmomanometer. Among them, the “free sphygmomanometer” (Wright et al.
