本文总结了广州供电局2009至2015年开展资产全生命周期管理工作的经验和取得的成果,基于当前电力体制改革的要求,分析了企业面临的内外部挑战,提出了电网企业未来应建立以资产为核心的战略规划,进行决策体系、执行体系、保障支撑体系架构优化整合,加强对工程设计、采购策略的统筹管理,完善资产信息系统等针对性建议,为实现先进的资产管理奠定基础。
This paper summarizes the experience and achievements of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau in carrying out the life cycle management of assets from 2009 to 2015. Based on the current requirements of power system reform, this paper analyzes the internal and external challenges faced by the enterprises, and proposes that the power grid enterprises should set up the assets As the core of the strategic planning, implementation of the decision-making system, the implementation of the system to protect and optimize the integration of support structure, strengthen the engineering design and procurement strategy, integrated management, improve the asset information system and other targeted recommendations for the realization of advanced asset management and lay a foundation.
