本文研究了四 - (对 -羧基苯基 )卟啉 ( TCPP)在 H2 O/CF3COOH、H2 O/CCl3COOH和 H2 O/CH3COOH溶液中的 UV- Vis吸收光谱、荧光光谱和拉曼光谱。实验表明 ,TCPP在 H2 O/CH3COOH 和H2 O/CCl3COOH溶液中以分子态的 N-质子化卟啉 H8TCPP2 +存在 ,而在 H2 O/CF3COOH中则形成H8TCPP2 +的 J-聚集体。 J-聚集体显示 ,UV- Vis吸收光谱和荧光光谱的谱带明显红移。拉曼光谱表明 ,J-聚集体中 H8TCPP2 +分子的排列与 N -质子化四 - (对 -磺酸基苯基 )卟啉 H4TSPP2 - 的 J-聚集体相似。
In this paper, the UV-Vis absorption, fluorescence and Raman spectra of tetrakis (p-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin (TCPP) in H 2 O / CF 3 COOH, H 2 O / CCl 3 COOH and H 2 O / Experiments show that TCPP exists as a molecular N-protonated porphyrin H8TCPP2 + in H2 O / CH3COOH and H2 O / CCl3COOH solutions, whereas J-aggregates of H8TCPP2 + form in H2 O / CF3COOH. J-aggregates show a significant redshift of the UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectra bands. Raman spectroscopy showed that the arrangement of H8TCPP2 + molecules in J-aggregates is similar to the J-aggregate of N-protonated tetrakis- (p-sulfophenyl) porphyrin H4TSPP2 -.
