目的:对比研究以微种植体作支抗及以Nance弓作支抗矫治上颌前突的临床效果。方法:选取80例安氏Ⅱ1错牙合畸形病例,随机分为两组,均采用滑动直丝弓矫治技术,实验组40例使用微种植体支抗;对照组40例采用Nance弓支抗。通过对两组治疗前后的头颅侧位X线片进行头影测量分析,评价两组病例在上颌前突矫治中软硬组织的变化。结果:实验组上前牙后移4.93 mm,磨牙近中移动0.48 mm,上前牙后移的平均速度1.38 mm/月,矫治疗程平均16.6个月,对照组上前牙后移3.69 mm,磨牙近中移动1.02 mm,上前牙后移速度平均1.05 mm/月,矫治疗程平均20.5个月。结论:微种植体和Nance弓支抗均可取得显著临床疗效,但微种植体支抗可使上前牙更多内收,且可有效地缩短矫治时间。
OBJECTIVE: To comparatively study the clinical effect of using micro-implants for anchorage and maxillary protrusion with Nance arch as support. Methods: Eighty cases of malocclusion of AngleⅡ1 malocclusion were selected and randomly divided into two groups. All the patients were treated with sliding wire arch technique. Forty cases in the experimental group were treated with micro-implant support. Nance arch was used in 40 cases in the control group. Through the cephalometric analysis of the two groups before and after treatment of cephalometric X-ray films to assess the two groups of patients with maxillary protrusion in the treatment of soft and hard tissue changes. Results: In the experimental group, the anterior teeth moved forward 4.93 mm, the molars moved nearly 0.48 mm, the mean velocity of the anterior teeth moving backward was 1.38 mm / month, the average duration of the treatment was 16.6 months, the anterior teeth moving backward 3.69 mm, In the mobile 1.02 mm, the anterior teeth moving average 1.05 mm / month, the average duration of treatment was 20.5 months. Conclusion: Micro-implants and Nance bows can achieve significant clinical curative effect, but micro-implant support can make adduction of anterior teeth more, and can shorten the treatment time effectively.
