目的:研究微波协同酶法提取平菇多糖的最佳工艺。方法:在单因素试验基础上,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计方法确定提取平菇多糖的最佳工艺条件。结果:微波协同酶法提取平菇多糖的最佳工艺条件为:微波处理时间9 min,提取液初始pH值为6,液料比55∶1(mL/g),微波功率480 W,在此条件下平菇多糖得率可达13.42%。结果:微波协同酶法提取平菇多糖效果好,工艺简单可行。
Objective: To study the best technics of microwave enzymatic extraction of polysaccharides from Pleurotus ostreatus. Methods: On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimum conditions for extraction of polysaccharides from Pleurotus ostreatus were determined by quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combined design method. Results: The optimum technological conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from Pleurotus ostreatus were as follows: the microwave treatment time was 9 min, the initial pH of the extract was 6, the ratio of liquid to material was 55:1 (mL / g) and the microwave power was 480 W, Pleurotus ostreatus polysaccharide yield of up to 13.42%. Results: Microwave-assisted enzymatic extraction Pleurotus ostreatus effect is good, the process is simple and feasible.
