目的探讨重睑形成术的手术方法和效果。方法对35例(68眼)单睑者将以往的皮外结扎缝线法加以综合改进,取长补短,采用一种改良缝线法施行手术。结果随访3个月～2年,仅1例无力型因年龄大适应证选择不当皱褶较浅,但未消失,因受术者本人尚满意,故未做二次修复。余效果满意,外观自然,均无并发症,受术者、施术者、第三者均较满意。结论改良后的重睑形成术,手术操作简便,效果可靠,创伤性小,在基层医院及不同意用切开法的患者是一种具有应用价值的手术方式,值得推广使用。
Objective To discuss the operation method and effect of double eyelid formation. Methods A total of 35 cases (68 eyes) of single eyelid were combined with the conventional ligation of the extracutaneous ligation suture method to improve, and learn from each other, using a modified suture method for surgery. Results The follow-up of 3 months to 2 years, only one case of weakness due to inappropriate selection of older age wrinkles shallow, but did not disappear, because the surgeon is still satisfied with my own, it is not to do a second repair. I satisfied with the results, the appearance of natural, no complications, by those who surgery, performer, a third party are more satisfied. Conclusions The improved double eyelid formation technique is simple, reliable and less invasive. It is a valuable surgical method in primary hospitals and patients who do not agree with the incision method. It is worth promoting.
