严把兵员“入口关”,使大批优质兵员补充到部队,是我军质量建设的重要一环。笔者认为,加强征兵中的政治工作,要着重把握好三个环节: 一、搞好有针对性的宣传教育,扩大预征范围。宣传教育必须针对新形势、新变化,大胆革新形式和内容,激发适龄青年应征热情。在形式上,可在继续运用标语、宣传车、墙(板)报等传统手段的基础上,采取开办电视国防综艺节目、国防电影宣传月、国防教育网络专栏等形式进行国防教育。在内容上,针对我国法制建设不断完善和人们的法制观念不断增强的特点,宣传《兵役法》、《征兵工作条例》等国防法规,强化 Strictly controlling the entrance of troops and bringing a large number of high-quality soldiers into the army is an important part of our army’s quality-building.
