我厂所用矿石由綦村、武安和沙河等地供给,其中綦村矿石为磁铁矿,品位一般比较稳定,便于磁选;武安和沙河矿石均属混合矿石(部分赤铁矿),品位波动大。来矿经过一次破碎和一次筛分后送入高炉,矿石品位仅42%左右,含粉率超过10%,对高炉优质高产很不利。“路线是个纲,纲举目张。”我厂广大职工认真贯彻“鞍钢宪法”的精神,针对入炉矿石质量,加强原料管理,一方面将进厂矿石分品种卸车、堆放、加工和入仓;另一方面在省冶金局和北京矿冶研究院的支持和帮助下,于1972年末搞起了干式磁选。现在上料仓的矿石全部通过永磁式磁滑轮,矿石品位由42%左右提高到50%左右,将一次筛分增加为二次筛分,使矿
