输卵管绝育术是一种安全、简便、效果可靠的永久性节育措施。绝育术后极少数妇女因术后发生并发症,尤其是慢性腹痛严重影响了身心健康。我院近10年来用腹腔镜诊治女性绝育术后慢性腹痛取得了较满意的效果。现对我院1989年10月～1997年10月住院的51例绝育术后慢性腹痛报道分析如下。
Tubal sterilization is a safe, simple and effective permanent contraceptive measures. A very small number of women after sterilization postoperative complications, especially chronic abdominal pain have a serious impact on physical and mental health. Nearly 10 years in our hospital laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of female patients with chronic abdominal pain after sterilization achieved more satisfactory results. Now in our hospital from October 1989 to October 1997 hospitalized 51 cases of chronic abdominal pain after sterilization reported as follows.
