以“桂蹄2号”荸荠品种的雌蕊柱头及其授粉过程的形态为观察对象,从微观的角度揭示荸荠的授粉过程,为开展荸荠杂交育种提供参考。结果表明:荸荠雌蕊有2~4个柱头,白色丝状,维管束状,表皮维管密生有长形的半透明分枝毛茸;授粉后,花粉紧密地结合在分枝毛茸上,相互识别后,花粉管可以能够穿入分枝茸毛并不断生长,将花粉内的遗传物质输送到维管束内。
Taking the pistil stigma of the variety “Guihuan No.2” and its pollination process as the object of observation, the pollination process of the water chestnut was revealed from the microscopic point of view, which provided a reference for the breeding of the water chestnut. The results showed that the pistil had 2 ~ 4 stigma, white filaments, vascular bundles, and epidermal vasculature with elongated translucent branches and furry. After pollination, the pollen binds tightly on the branches and furry, After identification, the pollen tube can penetrate into the branch hairs and grow continuously, delivering the genetic material within the pollen to the vascular bundle.
