红细胞能粘附到肿瘤细胞上,而CR1单克隆抗体能抑制红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞的活性,胸腺素、β-内啡呔可调节红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞的活性。电镜显示红细胞粘附后肿瘤细胞有破损现象,红细胞能增强NK细胞的活性。红细胞免疫功能和IL—2R阳性细胞间存在相关性。红细胞免疫功能的变化在临床上有重要意义。
Red blood cells can adhere to tumor cells, and CR1 monoclonal antibody can inhibit the activity of erythrocyte adhering tumor cells. Thymosin and β-endorphin can modulate the activity of erythrocyte adhering tumor cells. Electron microscopy revealed that the red blood cells adhered and the tumor cells were damaged. Red blood cells enhanced the activity of NK cells. There is a correlation between erythrocyte immune function and IL-2R positive cells. Changes in red blood cell immune function are clinically significant.
