In January 2015, Lancet magazine published an article entitled “Systematic Analysis of Global In 2013”, which states in particular that the Chinese government provided new figures in the new report compared with the 2010 report. The paper points out that in 1990 the global average life expectancy was 65.3 years, increasing to 71.5 years in 2013 with an average increase of 6 years. This increase is surely the result of a decline in disease mortality. However, the article points out that there is a difference in mortality rates between high-income and low-income areas. In high-income areas, cancer dropped by 15% and heart disease dropped
