目的:观察裘氏内异方含药血清对人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖、迁移和管腔形成能力的影响。方法:设浓度分别为5%、10%、15%的裘氏内异方含药血清组和空白血清组,运用MTT法、Transwell实验和Tube formation实验观察细胞增殖、迁移及管腔形成能力。结果:裘氏内异方含药血清能够显著抑制内皮细胞的增殖、迁移和管腔形成能力,上述作用呈剂量依赖性。结论:抗血管新生活性可能是裘氏内异方治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Qiu’s Neixi Fang containing serum on proliferation, migration and lumen formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Methods: The drug group containing 5%, 10% and 15% of Qiu different internal medicine contained serum and blank serum respectively. The cell proliferation, migration and lumen formation were observed by MTT assay, Transwell assay and tube formation assay. Results: Qiu different drug-containing serum can significantly inhibit endothelial cell proliferation, migration and lumen formation, the above-mentioned effect in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: The anti-angiogenic activity may be the mechanism of Qiu Yi Xiong Fang’s treatment of endometriosis.
