长期以来,我省栽培茶树,很不注意生态条件,园地周围也很少林木间植。特别是三十年来采取集中连片辟种茶园,更是这样。然而茶树原生于亚热带林区,形成喜温好湿,耐荫忌强风暴日的习性。虽然经人工长期栽培驯化,适应性较强,但人为地创造接近原来的生态环境,更有利于茶树的成长。据测定,茶树最适宜生长的温度是在20～30℃之间,遮光度30～50％之间,漫射光多,直射光少,空气相对湿度80％左右最好。一般叶面温度超过35℃
