近几年来,在一些大型地下工程中,采用射流法,进行锚杆灌浆收到了良好的效果。这种灌浆工艺,所用机具简单,施工速度快。灌一根4米深的锚杆,耗时不过6秒钟。特别适合于先锚后灌。因而在大型地下峒室施工中,具有一定适用价值和经济意义。实现射流灌浆的力学计算,不仅要研究砂浆料束的射流规律,还要研究砂浆的流动阻力。锚杆射流灌浆的力学分析,与泵送混凝土的流动分析一样,同属于粘塑性体的流动计算问题。

The mechanical analysis of anchor jet grouting, like the flow analysis of pumped concrete, belongs to the flow calculation problem of viscoplastic body.
