提出一种可实现将标准等级细分的流体清洁度模糊综合评判方法。该方法依据 NAS1 6 3 8清洁度等级标准给出的各尺寸范围内颗粒数与清洁度等级的对应关系 ,通过对数插值的方法将清洁度等级进行了细分 ,并采用加权平均模型对流体清洁度进行模糊综合评判 ,较好地解决了由于标准中级与级之间距离过大、不能准确反映流体污染状况 ,以及评判中各尺寸范围内清洁度等级不一致时清洁度的等级评判问题 ,使评判结果能够更好地反映污染流体对系统的危害程度 ,并对其它标准的应用具有借鉴意义
