P1507 食源性吸虫病//Keiser J and Utzinger Jrn食源性吸虫病在一些国家特别是在东南亚以及西太平洋地区是一个新出现的公共卫生问题.我们简要介绍食源性吸虫的生活史及相关的影响因素.当前,全球受华支睾吸虫、并殖吸虫、肝片吸虫和后睾吸虫威胁的高危人群数量分别为6.01亿、2.938亿、9 110万、7 980万.我们调查了吸虫病与人类栖息地淡水体关系.靠近淡水体的居民感染吸虫病的危险度较远离淡水体的居民高2.15倍(95%的可信区间为1.38-3.36).水产业的高速发展被认为是食源性吸虫病最重要的影响因素,我们对过去10～50年一些国家和地区的调查,支持了水产业的发展会引起食源性吸虫病这个观点.本文同时讨论食源性吸虫病的前景以及控制措施.
