目的通过小鼠初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验评价猪血酶解产物的遗传毒性。方法采用经口灌胃给药,制备小鼠精母细胞染色体标本,观察染色体畸变类型和畸变率。结果受试物各剂量组总畸变细胞率、常染色体单价体率和性染色体单价体率与阴性对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);阴性对照组与阳性对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论猪血酶解产物在本试验剂量范围内未见遗传毒性,小鼠初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验为阴性。
Objective To evaluate the genotoxicity of porcine hydrolyzate by chromosomal aberration test of primary spermatocytes in mice. Methods Oral gavage was used to prepare mouse spermatocyte chromosome specimens, and to observe the types of chromosome aberrations and the aberration rate. Results Compared with the negative control group, there were no significant differences in the total aberration cell rate, the autosomal monovalent rate and the sex chromosome monovalent rate in each dose group (P> 0.05). In the negative control group and the positive control group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The results showed that there was no genotoxicity in the range of dosages tested in this study. The chromosomal aberration test of primary spermatocytes in mice was negative.
