目的 :探讨影响下岗职工心理健康水平的因素。方法 :对随机抽取的 6 2 8例下岗职工的有关因素进行调查 ,同时进行SCL 90的调查。结果 :下岗职工SCL 90因子分显著高于在职者 ,男性较女性更甚 ;小于三十岁组中除人际关系因子外 ,其余均显著增高 ;高中以上文化程度组敌对因子和人际关系因子有显著增高 ,离婚组的抑郁因子显著增高。结论 :下岗职工心理健康状况与性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度有关 Objective: To explore the factors that affect the mental health of laid-off workers. Methods: A total of 628 laid-off workers randomly selected from the relevant factors were investigated, while SCL 90 investigation. Results: The scores of SCL 90 of laid-off workers were significantly higher than those of incumbency workers, men were more than those of females. In less than 30-year-old group, the factors of interpersonal relationship were significantly higher than those of incumbency workers. The factors of hostility and interpersonal relationship were significantly higher in senior high school education Higher divorce group depression factor was significantly higher. Conclusion: The mental health status of laid-off workers is related to gender, age, marital status and education level
