箱形转换层是通过一整层转换层来达到具有较大刚度的一种转换结构。介绍了各种类型转换层,指出箱形转换层的研究现状,目前箱形转换层的抗震性能研究并不多,且有限的研究所形成的理论也并不成熟。箱形转换层是受力性能较好的转换结构,在工程实践中的应用却不够普遍,提出了箱形转换层的研究方向,介绍了其结构转换层的定义及特点、建模方式和分析方法,为今后对带箱形转换层的复杂高层建筑的设计和施工提供了一些理论指导。
