随着我国社会经济的发展和进步,我国的用电量正在逐年攀升。近年来,由于电力市场波动较为频繁,煤电价格变化不断,电力(发电)企业财务管理工作在电力行业中的重要作用也越来越被电力行业的领导者们所重视。电力(发电)企业属于国家型垄断行业,要想更加完善的管理该行业,防止财务方面出现漏洞,电力(发电)企业就必须对本单位的财务管理进行相应的规定,向财务管理要效益,不断的细化我国电力(发电)企业的财务管理工作。例如,在平时的财务工作管理过程中,做到“三精三细”的工作标准,也就是我们常说的精确计划、决策以和考核工作,另外就是做到目标的细化、任务的细化以及流程的细化。本文主要针对我国电力(发电)企业财务管理工作现状存在的问题,提出一些管理意见和建议。
