通过对47例老年女性膀胱颈梗阻（BNO）的临床分析．作者认为：老年女性BNO发病因素主要为原发性膀胱感觉神经病变．其次为膀胱颈纤维挛缩和肌肉增生肥厚。诊断主要依据其下尿路梗阻症状及尿流动力学检查结果。治疗以经尿道电切为首选．其手术方法简单．损伤范围小，治疗效果可靠．无严重并发症。
Through the 47 cases of elderly women with bladder neck obstruction (BNO) clinical analysis. The author believes that: the main causes of BNO in elderly women are primary bladder sensory neuropathy. Followed by bladder neck contracture and muscle hypertrophy hypertrophy. The diagnosis is mainly based on the lower urinary tract obstruction symptoms and urodynamic findings. Transurethral transurethral treatment of choice. The surgical method is simple. Damage range is small, the treatment effect is reliable. No serious complications.
