目的 探讨不同眼外肌手术刺激引起的胃电图变化。方法 应用体表胃电描记法对眼科病房 1 63例行双眼外直肌后徙术或双眼内直肌后徙术患儿的胃电活动进行监测。结果 斜视儿童内直肌或外直肌因手术刺激引起胃电图变化的主要表现为主功率增加 ,内直肌组 3 7例主功率差值增加 :胃窦 63 5 9μV± 1 2 8 2 2 μV、胃体 78 2 4μV± 1 43 85 μV ;外直肌组 1 2 6例主功率差值增加 :胃窦 5 7 3 5 μV± 1 89 60 μV、胃体 64 95 μV± 1 2 9 94μV ,内直肌组主功率差值增加较外直肌组程度更为明显。与此同时 ,眼 -胃反射发生率内直肌组 ( 4 3 2 4% )也略高于外直肌组 ( 4 0 47% ) ,但其差别均无明显统计学意义。胃电图记录与临床表现基本一致。结论 胃电图是监测不同眼外肌手术眼 -胃反射的一种可以量化的客观检查方法 ,内直肌与外直肌后徙手术时的胃电图未呈现明显差别。
Objective To investigate the change of electrogastrogram caused by different extraocular muscle stimulation. Methods Electrogastrograph was used to monitor the electrogastrographic activity in children with ophthalmic wards of 163 eyes underwent lateral rectus abdominis migration or bilateral rectus rectus after rectus surgery. Results The major changes of electrogastrogram caused by surgical stimulation in the rectus or lateral rectus muscle of strabismus were the main power increase, and the difference of main power among 37 patients in the rectus muscle group was increased: 63 5 9μV ± 1 2 8 2 2 μV and 78 2 4μV ± 1 43 85 μV in the corpus. The main power difference of 126 cases in the external rectus muscle increased: 5 735 μV ± 1 89 60 μV in the antrum, 64 95 μV ± 1 2 9 94μV in the corpus , The difference between the main power of the rectus muscle increased more significantly than that of the rectus muscle. In the meantime, the incidence of ocular-gastric rectus in the rectus muscle group (4342%) was also slightly higher than that in the rectus muscle group (477%), but the difference was not statistically significant. Electrogastrographic records and clinical manifestations are basically the same. Conclusion Electrogastrogram is a quantitative and objective examination method for monitoring the ocular-gastric reflex in different extraocular muscle operations. There is no significant difference in the EGG between the rectus abdominis muscle and the lateral rectus muscle.
