媒介融合时代的编辑客体趋于复杂,对于编辑的主体性也有着更高的要求,因此适应时代要求的编辑人才培养必须有所创新。媒介融合时代的编辑人才培养,在培养目标方面,在坚持培养专业化编辑的同时,强调编辑人才的主体性、人文性和技术素养的培养;在培养模式方面,不仅要科学重构课程体系,更要将研讨式教学法和工作坊式教学法贯穿整个教学过程;在培养机制方面,编辑出版教育单位对内要尽快配套实践教学考核制度,对外则要建立实践基地互动机制。
The editorial object in the era of media convergence tends to be complex and has higher requirements on the subjectivity of editors.
