为了研究煤的粒径大小对吸附性能的影响,采集几种高瓦斯矿井的煤样,分别制成了粒径大小范围为0.15~0.20mm、0.12~0.15mm、0.109~0.12mm、0.096~0.109mm、0.045~0.096mm的5种试样;在等温度条件下,采用WY-98B吸附常数测定仪对试样进行了吸附甲烷的实验,总结出了不同粒径煤吸附甲烷的规律.在Langmuir吸附理论和分子运动理论的基础上,推导出煤的吸附能、吸附位、比表面积及吸附量之间的关系式;根据这些关系式以及分子结构特征等理论,对规律进行理论验证.验证后的吸附规律可以用来研究煤层中瓦斯运移和聚集规律以及煤与瓦斯突出的机理.图3,表1,参8.
In order to study the effect of coal particle size on the adsorption performance, coal samples from several high-gas mines were collected and their particle sizes were 0.15-0.20 mm, 0.12-0.15 mm, 0.109-0.12 mm and 0.096-0.109 respectively mm and 0.045 ~ 0.096mm, respectively. Under the isothermal condition, the WY-98B adsorption constant meter was used to test the methane adsorption, and the law of methane adsorption by coal of different particle sizes was summarized. In Langmuir Adsorption theory and molecular motion theory based on the deduced coal adsorption energy, adsorption sites, specific surface area and adsorption capacity between the relationship; according to these relationships and molecular structure theory to verify the law of the law.After verification The adsorption law can be used to study the law of gas migration and accumulation in coal seams and the mechanism of coal and gas outburst.
