目的实现在窄带宽的网络环境下传输高清晰的医学影像视频。方法将医学影像视频中的影像检查资料和医生的诊断操作指令进行分离并分开传输,通过执行操作指令而重新构建医学影像视频。结果建立双向交流和单向广播2种实现模型,二者在不同的网络带宽下视频传输效果良好。结论基于操作指令重现的方式可实现在窄带宽的网络环境下传输高清晰的医学影像视频。
Objective To transmit high-definition medical video in narrow bandwidth network environment. The method separates and separately transmits the image examination data in the medical video and the diagnosis operation instruction of the doctor, and reconstructs the medical video by executing the operation instruction. Results Two kinds of implementation models of bidirectional communication and unidirectional broadcasting were established, and the two achieved good video transmission under different network bandwidths. Conclusion Based on the way of operation instruction reproduction, high-definition medical video can be transmitted in a narrow bandwidth network environment.
