[目的]研究2-[1-(4-甲基哌嗪)]-2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酯(促忆5号)和1-[1-(4-甲基哌嗪)]-2-[1-(2-吡啶)乙氧基]乙酮(促忆6号)对乙醇所致小鼠记忆再现障碍的影响.[方法]将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、脑复康(3g/kg)阳性组、促忆5号大、小剂量(40,20mg/kg)组,促忆6号大、小剂量(40,20mg/kg)组,连续灌胃给予7d.采用乙醇建立记忆再现障碍模型,以避暗法和水迷宫法观察促忆5号和6号对小鼠学习记忆的影响.[结果]促忆5号和6号均可使避暗法小鼠潜伏期延长,错误次数明显减少,使水迷宫法小鼠到达时间缩短,错误次数减少,促忆5号及6号略优于脑复康.[结论]促忆5号和6号均对小鼠学习记忆有一定的改善作用.

[Results] Can make the dark latency mice prolonged latency, the number of errors significantly reduced, so that the water maze method to shorten the arrival time of mice, the number of errors reduced, recall Yi 5 and No. 6 slightly better than the brain rehabilitation. [Conclusion] Both No. 5 and No. 6 improved the learning and memory of mice.
