2011年1月26日,国务院常务会议研究部署了进一步调控房地产市场的各项工作,出台了新的八条政策,主要内容有加大保障性安居工程建设,调整完善相关税收,强化住房信贷等等。据了解,新“国八条”是由国家出台的至今为止最严厉的房价调控政策,充分显示了政府对控制房价过快增长、保障居民安居乐业的决心。此轮调控对房地产领域以及相关产业的发展都将产生一定程度的影响,本文拟对新形势下的楼宇对讲市场环境与需求特性做些简单的分析。
On January 26, 2011, the executive meeting of the State Council studied the deployment of various tasks of further controlling the real estate market and issued eight new policies. The main contents include increasing the construction of affordable housing projects, adjusting and improving related taxes, and strengthening housing loans . It is understood that the new “national eight” is introduced by the state so far the most stringent price control policies, fully demonstrated the government’s determination to control the excessive growth of house prices to protect the residents live and work in peace. This round of regulation will have a certain degree of impact on the real estate industry and the development of related industries. This article intends to do some simple analysis on the market environment and demand characteristics of the new situation.
