制备了低分子肝素的外用喷雾剂 ,考察不同浓度的透皮吸收促进剂 N -甲基 - 2 -吡咯烷酮对低分子肝素经皮渗透的影响 ,并对制剂的药效进行了研究。结果表明 3%、5 %、8%浓度的促透剂效果明显 ,低分子肝素能够从喷雾剂形成的胶膜中透过皮肤进入体内 ,发挥其生物活性。 The external spray of low molecular weight heparin was prepared. The effects of different concentrations of transdermal absorption accelerator N - methyl - 2 - pyrrolidone on the transdermal permeation of low molecular weight heparin were investigated. The drug efficacy of the preparation was also studied. The results showed that 3%, 5%, 8% of the concentration of the effect of transdermal enhancers, low molecular weight heparin can spray the film formed through the skin into the body, to exert its biological activity.
