本文利用连续驱动摩擦焊技术焊接Super304H/T92异种钢钢管,Super304H/T92焊接接头有良好的显微组织和力学性能。考察了摩擦时间对焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能的影响,研究表明:随着摩擦时间的延长,焊合区晶粒尺寸没有明显变化,热影响区Cr_(23)C_6等碳化物析出相的数量逐渐增加,焊接接头的显微硬度逐渐增大,冲击韧性逐渐降低,拉伸断裂位置和拉伸强度不受影响。
In this paper, continuous drive friction welding technology Super304H / T92 dissimilar steel pipe welding, Super304H / T92 welded joints have good microstructure and mechanical properties. The effects of friction time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were investigated. The results show that with the increase of the friction time, the grain size of the weld zone does not change obviously. The precipitation of Cr_ (23) C_6 and other carbides in the heat affected zone The number gradually increased, the microhardness of welded joints gradually increased, the impact toughness decreased gradually, tensile fracture location and tensile strength is not affected.
