学生干部的实践智力与学业智力相互独立,实践智力比学业智力更能有效预测工作表现。大学生的实践能力实际上无从由书本和考试中获得,只有参加更多的实践活动,提高实践能力。在高等教育中,课程设置应该加大实践实验课程和社会实践课程的比例,让学生有更多的机会接触社会,解决社会中所遇到的实际问题,在实践中提高解决问题的能力。
Students’ practical intelligence and academic intelligence are independent of each other, and practical intelligence can predict job performance more effectively than academic intelligence. The practicing abilities of college students are virtually impossible to obtain from books and exams, only to participate in more practical activities and improve their practical abilities. In higher education, curriculum should increase the proportion of practical experimental courses and social practice courses, so that students have more opportunities to reach out to society, solve practical problems encountered in society, and improve their ability to solve problems in practice.
