目的:研究川西獐牙菜全草的化学成分。方法:运用各种柱色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:从川西獐牙菜70%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别是1,3,8-trihydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone(Ⅰ)、2,8-dihydroxy-1,6-dimethyoxyxanthone(Ⅱ)、1,8-dihydroxy-2,6-dime-thoxyxanthone(Ⅲ)、1,2,8-trimethoxyxanthone(Ⅳ)、1,3,5,6-tetrohyroxyxanthone(Ⅴ)、1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxan-thone(Ⅵ)、β-daucosterol(Ⅶ)、Clerosterol 3β-O-[6′-o-hydro-benzene-β-D-glucoside](Ⅷ)、ursolicacid(Ⅸ)、3β,28-di-hydroxylup-20(29)-ene(Ⅹ)、erythrocentaurin(Ⅺ)。结论:其中化合物Ⅷ、Ⅸ和Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Swertia chinensis Methods: Various kinds of column chromatography were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of 70% ethanolic extract of Swertia chinensis respectively, which were 1,3,8-trihydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone (I), 2,8-dihydroxy- 6-dimethyoxyxanthone (Ⅱ), 1,8-dihydroxy-2,6-dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅲ), 1,2,8- trimethoxyxanthone (Ⅳ), 1,3,5,6-tetrohyroxyxanthone 8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxan-thone (Ⅵ), β-daucosterol (Ⅶ), Clerosterol 3β-O- [6’-o-hydro- benzene-β-D-glucoside] ), 3β, 28-di-hydroxylup-20 (29) -ene (X), erythrocentaurin (XI). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅷ, Ⅸ and Ⅹ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
