以铁核桃(Juglans sigillata)‘黔核7号’叶片为试材,研究了叶片发育过程中多酚类物质含量及其体外抗氧化活性的变化。结果表明:铁核桃叶片多酚类物质含量在其整个生长周期呈双峰曲线变化规律,4月12日至5月11日上升,5月11日至7月6日下降,7月6日至8月1日大幅上升,8月1日至9月19日逐渐下降。HPLC鉴定出没食子酸、儿茶素、绿原酸、咖啡酸、丁香酸、丁香醛、对香豆酸、阿魏酸、芦丁、槲皮素、杨梅素、胡桃醌,共12种单体酚;含量最高的为芦丁,其次为绿原酸;含量较低的为对香豆酸、没食子酸。5月是铁核桃叶片中大多数单体酚含量降低的时期,而8月是部分单体酚含量升高的时期。总酚、总黄酮含量与还原能力和ABTS自由基清除能力相关性较高,单体酚与抗氧化活性相关性较低。铁核桃叶片多酚类物质含量丰富,抗氧化活性强,其动态变化与叶片发育阶段及外界环境条件变化密切相关。
The leaves of Juglans sigillata ’Qiannian 7’ were used as materials to study the changes of polyphenols content and in vitro antioxidant activity during leaf development. The results showed that the contents of polyphenols in leaves of Ferruginousum wallichii showed a bimodal curve during the whole growth cycle, rising from April 12 to May 11, falling from May 11 to July 6, July 6 to July 6, August 1 rose sharply, August 1 to September 19 gradually declined. HPLC identified gallic acid, catechin, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, syringic acid, syringaldehyde, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, rutin, quercetin, myricetin, Phenol; the highest content of rutin, followed by chlorogenic acid; the lower content of p-coumaric acid, gallic acid. May is the period when most of the monomeric phenols in the leaves of the walnut are reduced, while August is the period in which some of the monomeric phenols are increased. The content of total phenols and flavonoids had a high correlation with reducing ability and abscisic acid (ABTS) scavenging ability, while the correlation between monomer phenol and antioxidant activity was low. Iron walnut leaf polyphenols rich in content, antioxidant activity is strong, its dynamic changes and leaf development stage and the external environmental conditions are closely related changes.
