20世纪的中国学术即将走完它的百年历程。在世纪之末,对学术自身艰难的百年史进行反思,也许是一件不无意义的工作。在我们看来,20世纪的中国学术,是一个撕裂的过程:那件以传统为名的旧袍马褂已经被从头到脚彻底撕裂,露出了一个光秃秃的脊梁。也许,在二十世纪,世界上没有哪个民族比中国人更加尖锐地感受到这个脊梁的荒芜和辛酸。同样,恐怕也没有哪一个民族的学术心灵中拥挤了这么多的迷茫、混乱、冲突和斗争。 在这个过程中,美学担任着一个什么样的角色?美学发生了什么?美学对于中国20世纪的学术思想史,有什么独特的意义与贡献?从本世纪初的王国维、蔡元培、到二、四十年代的朱光潜和宗白华(一个广大群体的代表),再到建国后的两次美学大讨论、美学热,这发生的一切说明了什么?美学在90年代的由热而冷,又说明了什么? 为此,我们特编发这篇美学专题进行探讨,引发人们进一步的思考,以期为我们的思考寻找一个正确的方向。
Chinese academic in the 20th century is about to finish its centenary course. At the end of the century, it may be an unreasonable work to reflect on the difficult century of academic self-cultivation. In our opinion, the Chinese academic of the twentieth century was a torn process: the old robe named after the tradition was torn from head to toe, revealing a bare backbone. Perhaps in the twentieth century, no nation in the world felt the barrenness and bitterness of this spine more sharply than the Chinese. Likewise, I am afraid no one nationality has so much confusion, confusion, conflicts and struggles in the academic heart. In this process, what role does aesthetics play? What happened to aesthetics? What is the unique significance and contribution of aesthetics to the history of academic thought in the 20th century in China? From Wang Guowei and Cai Yuanpei in the beginning of this century to the second, Forty years Zhu Guangqian and Zong Baihua (a representative of the broad masses), and then to the founding of the two aesthetics debate, aesthetics fever, what happened this shows what? Aesthetics in the 90’s by the hot and cold, and Explain what? For this reason, we specially compiled this aesthetic topic to explore, triggering further thinking, in order to find a correct direction for our thinking.
