本文在阐述了任职教育的概念及特点和体验式教学模式及特点的基础上,探讨了体验式教学在任职教育专业课教学中的应用与思考。指出学员在教员的引导下,可以通过课堂的问题情境,合作互动,以及学习后的自我反思,切身体验专业课的魅力,学会用创新思维去思考问题和分析问题,从而有计划、有步骤地提高任职教育专业课的教学效果。
On the basis of expounding the concept and characteristics of on-the-job education and experiential teaching mode and characteristics, this paper discusses the application and thinking of experiential teaching in the teaching of vocational education. It is pointed out that under the guidance of teachers, trainees can experience the attractiveness of specialized courses through the problem situations, cooperation and interaction in the classroom as well as self-reflection after learning, and learn to think and analyze problems with innovative thinking so that they can be systematically and step-by-step improved Education of teaching courses.
