奶牛乳房炎是危害奶牛业最重要的疾病之一,不仅给奶牛业造成了巨大的经济损失,而且其某些病原体可引起人类感染。引起奶牛乳房炎的病原多达150种,及时、准确的诊断乳房炎并检测出致病菌,对奶牛乳房炎的综合防治有着重要意义。目前,检测乳房炎病原的方法主要有细菌分离鉴定法、免疫学检测法、基因芯片和PCR检测技术等。本文就奶牛乳房炎病原检测技术进行系统阐述,旨在为奶牛乳房炎的综合防治提供参考。
Dairy mastitis is one of the most important diseases endangering the dairy industry, not only causing huge economic losses to the dairy industry, but also some of its pathogens can cause human infection. As many as 150 kinds of mastitis causing pathogens, timely and accurate diagnosis of mastitis and detection of pathogens, the comprehensive prevention and treatment of dairy mastitis is of great significance. At present, the main methods for detecting mastitis pathogens are bacterial isolation and identification method, immunological detection method, gene chip and PCR detection technology. This article systematically expounds the detection technology of cow mastitis pathogens, which aims to provide a reference for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of cow mastitis.
