本文总结了鞍区病变83例的视野及视力结果,经显微手术证实鞍区肿瘤776例,其中同时患青光眼3例;霉菌性肉芽肿1例;经核磁共振(MRI)检查及激素分泌测定诊断为垂体微腺瘤6例。术前视力下降71%;视野异常65%,以双颞侧非对称性为多。33例术后辅助放射治疗。术后81.9%患眼视力及视野明显提高,有16只术前光感或手动眼在半年内恢复了有用视力,平均提高0.159。一年内视野恢复正常者45%,其中放射治疗者占75%。本文意在强调鞍区肿瘤存在视野及视力改变时及早手术可以挽救视力。
This article summarizes the 83 cases of saddle area lesions visual field and visual acuity results confirmed by microsurgery in 776 cases of sellar tumors, including 3 cases of glaucoma; mycotic granuloma in 1 case; by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination and hormone secretion assay Diagnosis of pituitary adenoma in 6 cases. Preoperative visual acuity decreased 71%; visual field abnormal 65% to more than double temporal asymmetry. 33 cases of postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy. Postoperative 81.9% of patients with visual acuity and visual field significantly improved, 16 preoperative light or manual eye within six months to restore useful vision, an average increase of 0.159. 45% of patients with normal vision within a year, of which 75% of radiotherapy. This article is intended to emphasize the existence of saddle area tumor vision and visual changes as early surgery can save vision.
